Group registration offers discounted rates for participants from the same organization or institution:
Eligibility: Minimum of three (3) participants.
Additional Benefits:

Discounted registration for three (3) or more participants.

Groups of more than ten (10) participants may contact the Program Manager for higher discount rates.
Terms:

Group members must belong to the same organization/institution.

Discount benefits are determined by the presentation type (Oral/Poster/Listener/Virtual).

All discounted registrations are non-refundable.
Students and scholars registering for the conference will receive all standard registration benefits, plus:

Thesis Presentations: An opportunity for Master’s, Ph.D., or Postdoctoral researchers to present their theses.

Poster Presentations: An opportunity for students to showcase their research via poster presentations.
Package A
Includes: Registration + 2 nights accommodation.

All features of the standard registration pass.

2 nights accommodation and breakfast included.
Package B
Includes: Registration + 3 nights accommodation.

All features of the standard registration pass.

3 nights accommodation and breakfast included.
Accompanying persons can register under this category if they are a spouse, family partner, son, or daughter.
Please note:

Business partners are not eligible to register as accompanying persons.

Accompanying persons do not have access to conference sessions.

All cancellations or registration modifications must be communicated at cam@wideresearchguide.com
In the event that Wide Research Guide cancels the conference for unavoidable reasons, registered participants will receive a full refund of the amount paid. Alternatively, the credited amount can be applied to any other Wide Research Guide event within the same or the following year.
